Not too bad for a DVD of an old-school movie. The picture isn't great -- it's washed out -- but thankfully, it's free of the scratches and skips which usually plague these kinds of movies. As for the sound, it won't blow you away, but it is clear with decent bass. The bios are okay, but I had a hard time reading them because of the color of the type. At $10 or under, I would recommened this DVD for a buy, but at $15 it's more of a rental unless you are a big fan of the movie, especially since it has been edited from the original version.
