A terribly boring and cheap-looking old-school kung fu flick that has Michael Chan taking on the Triads who are running the local docks. Some of the fights are okay, but you have to sit through so much crap to get to them that's it's not even worth the bother. Save your time and money for something more deserving -- this crud makes even most of Bolo's US B-movies look good by comparison, and that's saying a lot.
